Surf
Catch your perfect waves and connect with the power of the wild Aegean Sea in front of Ikaria. Do we need to say more? Two hours of class daily and more time to practice on your own.
Location
Ikaria is a secret spot still preserved from mass tourism. The surrounding area is filled with ancient forests, Hot Mineral Springs, hidden private sandy beaches and organic farms. The coast itself is winding with impressive cliffs that drop off into the blue Aegean Sea. In front a 1km stretch of beach with sand and a river that runs into it. The most amazing sunsets over the Agean, changing daily, fill up the sky every evening in front of Messakti Surf beach.
Goats can be seen jumping up and down the mountains. Fresh fish is brought in daily by the fishermen next door leaving on their iconic white/blue boats. During the summer month many different flowers pop up everywhere, covering the landscape in bright yellow, pink and white. The island is well-know for it´s strong organic homemade wines, sweet Ikarian honey and the healing hot springs.
