Wir, Thomas & Lilli, planen einen wundervoll-sonnigen AcroYoga Tag zum fliegen, spielen und lernen..

Bei gutem Wetter wird er im Park (Von-Alten-Garten) stattfinden und bei Regen bieten wir einen trockenen Raum (Vordere Schöneworth 17a). Bei Fragen: 01788541409

Workshop Zeiten
Session I ist von 11-13.30 Uhr
Session II ist von 15-18 Uhr

Es wird für jeden was dabei sein: Handstandübungen, akrobatische Übergänge und Waschmaschinen.. und einen ausgiebigen therapeutischen Tagesabschluss.
**für Anfänger_innen und Fortgeschrittene

Du musst keine_n Partner_in mitbringen, eine Yogamatte und eine Decke sowie einwenig Wasser sind jedoch sehr hilfreich!
